Overall, the house was fine. The kitchen was up to date, but lacked the basics for cooking. The house was clean on the surface, but really needed a deep clean. I felt like we paid a lot for what we got. It was in a good location.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was roomy enough for 8 of us to spread out and not feel crammed in. The location is perfect, just a 15 minute walk to the river area with lots of restaurants and then just 15 more minutes from there to casinos. Keep in mind that there are only 2 full bathrooms and one half bath downstairs, so only 2 showers to share between all guests. Kitchen was nicely stocked including coffee, sugar, spices, etc. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Host was responsive.

Perfect for a weekend golf trip!

Things with this house are so bad it is hard to know where to start. So, I will start with one positive – the beds are comfy. Downhill from there… Things started badly when we tried to contact the hosts. Despite their message that they will return all messages and calls within two hours we waited two days before we finally got a response. As we accumulated complaints it made no difference. All we got day after day (our stay was nine days) was promises that everything would get fixed. But nothing was ever attended to. The house should never be listed as dog friendly – and calling it five bedrooms is quite a stretch. It is an oversized ADU stuck behind a real house on a single lot. The outside space was tiny and almost all paved. The outside space also was a mess with no attention to the pathetic plantings, and the trash included water bottles and a beer can. Other sources of displeasure: Minimal and very cheap furnishings. Some rooms had closets - but just one hanger in the whole house. Cheap kitchen stuff, broken can opener, no storage containers or food wrap. Worst equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. We had to buy kitchen towels, hangers, toilet paper, and a wine opener. Can’t have a light on in the living room space without the ceiling fan on at the same time – broken switch. Although the house is wired for a whole house stereo system guests have no access to it. No soundbar – no music. Furniture so so cheap. More bad stuff to tell but have run out of room.

Perfect place for our family of 8 to stay in Reno....with plenty of space for everyone! Enclosed garage parking is a bonus! We will definitely consider this location again for future visits. Great communication and service from Ian and Matt (our hosts). Thanks for a great stay!
