Iconic Retreat Basketball Court Hot Tub Game Loft

It was a lovely place to stay. There was quite a bid of deferred maintenance about the place that will need to be addressed (outlet covers, hinges, loose bathroom fixtures, deck). The yard was very nice but the deck need some attention. The game room was something that we were looking forward to but the air hocky table was broken and there were no foos balls for the foos ball table.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The children loved the game room, the basketball court and the big tub in the master bath. Unfortunately the hot tub was not usable on our stay. Regardless, the property was amazing, the kitchen was very useful and the many spaces throughout the house for conversations and play were perfect for our stay

The house was clean and nice. The hot tub was dirty and didn’t work the whole time for our stay. The host messaged us and gave their phone number that they were just a phone call away, however, my husband and myself both called and left messages with no return phone call. Only one shower could be taken at a time as the water pressure is reduce to dips if someone else tries to take a shower in the other bathroom, and when someone is taking a shower in the upstairs bathroom you can hear the pipes knocking in the master bathroom. We’ve rented a lot of houses in this app and this is our first disappointing trip. To spend so much on a house and to be ignored and the house is not all it’s promised is frustrating.

Host was responsive. Had some smalls issues at home but overall stay was comfortable.

The host was very responsive when we had a small issue at the house. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
